As I have spent all day in ridiculous heat in high heels (smart move, Kathryn. smart move), this entry shall be brief and to the point:

And once you've read that, you can succumb to the addictive and witty advice of her blog. I suggest reading them at work, they're very diverting and who doesn't love when your boss sees you reading a post about Bears while you should be working.
